I am Nikki, I moved to the Hunter Valley from the Northern Beaches in Sydney, with my husband & his son, in 2015.

We had our first beautiful boy together in 2016, & soon after our gorgeous second (third) boy joined the family in 2018.

A true boy mum of 3 gorgeous growing young men.

We now live & breath the Hunter & everything it stands for, from the sweeping vine covered hills to the crisp winter nights that always seem to come too soon. Although who can complain about snuggling up to a nice log fire?

My background is in Event Management, Manufacturing Jeweller, Retail Management & Hospitality. When my husband & I ran a local restaurant I soon re found my love for baking, cooking

& all things food.

We have since closed the restaurant & I have now been offering offsite catering, grazing boxes, baking sweet treats, cakes &

personalised cookies.
